Oluwakemi Oyelola

PROFILE

Oluwakemi Oyelola graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and a Master of Administration (MBA) from the National Open University of Nigeria(NOUN). She worked in MTN Nigeria Communications Limited for 8 years before working as a consultant in International Centre for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP) for two years. She went on to work in Fountain of Joy and Comfort Foundation where she was part of the pioneer team who worked on the start-up of the Foundation and over the course of 8 years, helped the Foundation achieve its goal of reaching out to the less privileged in various communities.

While working at the Foundation, she organized several outreach programs in communities which include Owa, Ute-Ogbeje and Agbor-Obi in Delta State; Byazhin-Kubwa and Durumi in the FCT; New Karu and Goshen City in Nasarawa State; Igbo-Etiti in Enugu State; Ihiagwa in Imo State; Lokoja in Kogi State; Erin-ile in Kwara State; Assin-Kushea in Ghana. She supervised the sponsorship program of the Foundation where children from poor homes were given scholarships to attend school; she also supervised the building and equipping of Primary Health Care Centres in Ihiagwa in Imo State, Luvu-Madaki in Nasarawa state and Owerre-Olubor in Delta State. She joined the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Associations (REEEA)-Alliance in 2020 and is currently the Coordination Desk Officer(CDO).
