Mrs Halima Isa Ibrahim attended Namu Nursery and Primary School, Maiduguri (Borno State) and Ruby Springfield College, Maiduguri. She earned a Diploma in Civil Law at University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) as well as a Degree in Private Law at the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID).

She is currently in Law School Bwari campus. She is the founder and CEO of Hally’s Way Concept (HWC), the Treasurer of Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Associations- Alliance (REEEA-A), the Northeast Regional Coordinator of Women in Renewable Energy Association (WIRE-A), the State Representative of Association of Nigerian Women in Business Network (ANWBN), the Borno State Representative of NECA’s Network of Entrepreneurial Women (NNEW), and the Ambassador of Borno Chamber of Commerce Industry, Mines and Agriculture (BOCCIMA). She is happily married to Alhaji Abba Jato.
